The People’s Democratic Party (PDP) governorship candidate in Oyo State, Engr Seyi Makinde reacted to the recent alliance formation between All Progressive Candidate (APC), Bayo Adelabu and Adebayo Alao-Akala, which was initiated by national leader of the party, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
With the Alao Akala agreeing to join forces with the APC‘s governorship candidate Bayo Adelabu in the state, Seyi Makinde reportedly said that all we can do is to move on while speaking with Edmund Obilo on Splash FM this morning.
Before the last week presidential election in the state, a report had it that ADP, ZLP & ADC are planning to form a strong alliance together that can defeat the ruling party APC & opposing party PDP, but that we based on the results of the federal national assembly elections.
As the situation stands now, Alao-Akala has dumped the alliance of ADP, ZLP & ADC, by joining forces with the APC to work with Adebayo Adelabu‘s victory in the next coming election in the state.
