As 2019 general election is coming nearer, Former Nigeria’s Vice President Atiku Abubakar is currently on a visit to Ekiti state. Atiku was in Ekiti for political consultation with some key members of the PDP party in the state, ahead of his major announcement in coming weeks.
Former Vice-President Atiku Abubakar was received at the airport in Akure, Ondo state by the Ekiti State Governor, Ayo Fayose and other PDP chieftains in the state.
About few weeks ago, Atiku Abubakar defected from the ruling party APC back to PDP in December last year, is scheduled to meet with selected members of the Peoples Democratic Party in Ado-Ekiti today.
