What a sigh of relieve for Runtown as he wins 7-months old legal battle filed against him by his former record label Eric Manny. If you are following the legal battle war between Eric Manny and Runtown in the last few years, you will understand that the violation of contract saga really affects his music career growth.

In the last few months, Eric Manny had dragged the ” Mad Over You ” singer to court on the grounds of breaching the agreement he signed years ago, but the latest hearing by Federal High Court Abuja has declared Runtown the winner of the case, restraining Eric Manny from bothering the artiste.

In the judgment passed by Justice O.A Musa, on Friday 23rd of January 2019, it was ordered that the restraining order placed on Runtown from performing be immediately suspended while Eric Manny were also restrained from enforcing the suspended orders of the court.
