One of Nigeria’s leading commercial bank Access Bank has acquired Diamond Bank, according to a report published by The Cable.
According to The Cable, reported that the acquisition was midwifed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) in a bid to further consolidate the banking industry, and official announcement of the transaction will be made in the course of the week by the apex bank.
