All hail the queen of Christmas as Mariah Carey‘s 1994 Christmas album ” All I Want For Christmas Is You ” hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 for the first time.
Since the released of the album 1994, which is about 25 years ago, the album has become a go-to Christmas pop song during the holidays, along with mainstays “Jingle Bell Rock” and “Holly Jolly Christmas.
This is the first time that Mariah Carey classical Christmas album will hit the Billboard Top 100 chart, and its cement her as arguably the most successful individual artist of all time with 19 No. 1 singles, placing her 1 spot ahead of Elvis.
According to revenue data gathered by GYOnlineNG.COM, reportedly said that Carey “All I Want for Christmas Is You” is expected to net ~$600k this year and some $60m since its release (as of 2016).
